DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide on most products, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page of a particular product. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Yes! Please contact us via Messenger on our official Facebook page or email us at admin@homznco.com within 2 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Orders can take between 21-45 days for our internationally supplied products, although most of the time they arrive earlier. We use that time frame to take into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control. During peak holiday times, shipping for internationally supplied products may take up to 55-60 days.

Our Australian supplied products ship in 21-28 days for most products but this might be delayed due to shipping restrictions because of COVID-19. 

Please note due to the outbreak of COVID-19, our couriers may experience delays in shipping and updating of information due to restriction of shipping lines. Important medical supplies such as masks and medical equipments are being prioritised for shipment during this period. Please allow additional 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been processed and dispatched for both Australian and international shipments. We thank you for your patience.

Should you be unsure what is local or not, at any stage before you order feel free to message our friendly customer service team via email for any assistance.

If your order isn't received after 8 weeks after being dispatched, please contact us at admin@homznco.com and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, will will not refund the item unless it arrived damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can check on your order status via the 'CONTACT US' or 'TRACK MY ORDER' sections on our website. 


We will ALWAYS send ALL information through that we receive from our suppliers. Unfortunately, as we do only offer free shipping, sometimes tracking information may be limited on the customer's end. For any questions please contact admin@homznco.com or message us via Facebook Messenger on our official Facebook Page for a faster response.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Once your parcels have left our supplier's warehouse they are then the property of the courier companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and potentially refund you.

That entirely depends on what you order.

If you purchase products from the one specific brand we feature, they will arrive together. If they're from different distributors they'll often arrive separately.
